WebbI found out that when you install the Powershell module WindowsAutoPilotIntune and then use the command Set-AutoPilotDevice -id "ID of the added device" -GroupTag "YourTag" the tag updates as normal and the AutoPilot profile is assigned. Right now I don't have time to add these commands to the script but maybe it helps to do it manually for now.
