( but dont worry. only seen this happen on large areas. ) So up to you if you chance it or start again. If starting again, take up straight away to minimise amount of moister getting into chipboard. Bit shocked to see that ALL the upstairs masonry walls are built right on top of the floor boards, not even directly on top of the downstairs masonry internal walls. No steel lintels anywhere to be seen.
